Description of Services

Buck Ideas provides AI-powered web development, application development, and technical cofounder partnership services. Our Services include website builds, web and mobile application development, technical marketing add-ons, and project consultation. All Services are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in any separate project agreement or statement of work.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

Project Quotes and Estimates

Any pricing estimates provided through our website, including those generated by our project assessment quiz, are ballpark estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing will be determined after consultation and will be outlined in a separate project agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Buck Ideas or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

Ownership of work product created as part of a project engagement will be governed by the terms of the applicable project agreement or statement of work.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit information through our contact form, quiz, or other interactive features, you grant Buck Ideas a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing our Services. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Termination
